Hi, I’m Lucy, I am a Yoga Alliance International registered teacher who loves keeping yoga simple, calming and enjoyable.

 

My classes are relaxed, friendly and down to earth, no pressure and no need to be flexible or experienced. Just a space where you can move, breathe and feel comfortable in your own body.
I teach yoga for real people with real bodies, meeting you exactly where you are.

 

I offer Vinyasa, gentle slow flow, restorative and Yin-inspired yoga, all with a focus on ease, comfort and steady movement. We take things at a pace that feels right, using props and simple guidance to help you settle in and enjoy the practice.

I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) with the Yoga Alliance International, having completed the 200-Hour Enhanced Yoga Teacher Training. My teaching is rooted in Vinyasa and supported by training in functional anatomy, alignment, sequencing, use of props, and gentle/restorative approaches.

 

I am currently training in Children’s Yoga to broaden the ways I can support different ages and needs. My approach is warm, supportive and inclusive, offering classes that help students build strength, find calm, and reconnect with themselves.
